A listing draft typically takes about 30 seconds, but timing varies with the request, connection, and service availability. That estimate is for drafting—not researching property facts, checking MLS requirements, or obtaining broker approval. ### What information should I give the AI? Use verified property details and specific features. Include your preferred tone and any applicable length or format requirements. Avoid confidential seller information, access codes, financial documents, or facts you have not confirmed. Missing details should be verified, not guessed. ### Can I edit generated copy? Yes. Treat the output as a starting point: review and refine the wording before copying, saving, or publishing it. Confirm dimensions, prices, amenities, school references, location claims, and any other factual detail against reliable listing information. ### Does the tool publish directly to my MLS? Do not assume automatic MLS submission. Prepare and review the draft, then use the publishing process required by your MLS or brokerage. ListingAgent.io property pages are separate from an MLS listing. ### Are market reports an appraisal or live market data? No. AI-generated reports and comparable-market summaries are drafting aids, not certified appraisals or guaranteed current market feeds. Verify comparable sales, dates, market figures, and source rights using your authorized data before advising a client. ### Does creating social content mean it is posted automatically? Generating or saving a social post is not proof it was published to a social network. Check the options and status in your workspace, and verify the final post on the destination platform. Review all copy, images, and links before use. ### Will AI guarantee more leads or a faster sale? No. The tools can help prepare and organize marketing, but results also depend on price, property condition, market demand, distribution, follow-up, and other factors. AI output and marketing metrics should not be presented as guaranteed buyer interest or sales. ## Photo enhancement & virtual staging Improve presentation without misrepresenting the actual property. ### What is the difference between enhancement and staging? It is a shareable page for an individual listing with its approved details and photos. When published, it can provide a place for interested visitors to send an inquiry. Review all public content and contact information before sharing the link. ### Where do listing inquiries and guide leads go? Successful submissions from published listing inquiry and lead-magnet forms are saved for the owning agent and can be reviewed in the leads workspace. The existing notification flow runs after the submission is saved. Check both your workspace and notification delivery when following up. ### Can I email any contact list through the lead tools? The lead-email workflow is designed around your own captured leads and saved templates, not unrestricted bulk outreach to purchased lists. Follow applicable consent, do-not-call, unsubscribe, and advertising requirements. A submitted inquiry is not automatic permission for every future call, text, or marketing campaign. ### Can my team share access? Eligible plans offer team invitations and seat allowances. Use the team controls rather than sharing a password. Check that you are signed into the correct account and review the relevant saved workspace. For recently deleted items, check the recovery area where available.
